Building The property is a 2-story, 178,000 square foot office building that sits on a 30.50 acre parcel of land in Lenexa, Kansas.  It has four separate wings and was completed in 2007 as a build-to-suit for Applebee's headquarters.  Special features include a culinary center, fitness facility, 2-story atrium, and an exterior courtyard with lake frontage. The building was constructed in accordance with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system and is expected to receive Silver Certification by year-end.  Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, LEED provides a set of standards for environmentally sustainable construction.
