Building This property consists of two of the four buildings that make up the Federal-Mogul corporate headquarters.  The 3- and 4- story office buildings were constructed for Federal-Mogul in 1963 and 1965 and were both renovated from 1988 to 1989.  They contain 69,701 square feet and 117,462 square feet, respectively, on a 21.05 acre parcel of land. The property is located fifteen miles northwest of Detroit’s downtown central business district.
