We specialize in providing (i) creative financing solutions to corporations seeking to raise capital through sale/leaseback transactions, (ii) financing to construct, forward commitments to acquire, properties developed on behalf of corporate tenants, and (iii) tax deferred exit strategies for owners of single-tenant net-lease properties. In addition, we provide debt capital to owners of single-tenant properties in the form of first mortgage or mezzanine loans.

In addition to directly owning real estate, we act as an asset manager and investment advisor to institutional investors and wealthy individuals and families who wish to co-invest with a financially strong partner and/or utilize our expertise to invest in the net-lease area.
