Mr. Roskind, our Chairman since March 2008, previously served as Co-Vice Chairman from December 2006 to March 2008, Chairman from October 1993 to December 2006 and Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 to January 2003. He founded The LCP Group, L.P., a real estate advisory firm, in 1973 and has been its Chairman since 1976. Mr.Roskind also serves as Chairman of Crescent Hotels and Resorts and as a member of the Board of Directors of Consonant REIT Advisors, the external advisor to Invincible Investment Corporation, a Japanese real estate investment trust listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

RICHARD J. ROUSE

Mr. Rouse, our Vice Chairman since March 2008 and our Chief Investment Officer since January 2003, previously served as one of our trustees from October 1993 to May 2010, our Co-Vice Chairman from December 2006 to March 2008, our President from October 1993 to April 1996 and our Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 to January 2003.

T. WILSON EGLIN

Mr. Eglin has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2003, our President since April 1996 and as a trustee since May 1994. He served as one of our Executive Vice Presidents from October 1993 to April 1996 and our Chief Operating Officer from October 1993 to December 2010.

PATRICK CARROLL

Mr. Carroll has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 1998, our Treasurer since January 1999 and one of our Executive Vice Presidents since January 2003. Prior to joining us, Mr. Carroll was, from 1986 to 1998, in the real estate practice of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., a public accounting firm that was one of the predecessors of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

PAUL R. WOOD

Mr. Wood served as our Chief Accounting Officer from October 1993 to December 2010, and has served as one of our Vice Presidents and our Secretary since 1993 and our Chief Tax Compliance Officer since January 2011.

LARA S. JOHNSON

Ms. Johnson joined us as part of the Newkirk merger and serves as our executive vice president of strategic transactions. Previously, Ms. Johnson was an executive vice president of Newkirk Realty Trust, and a member of its board of directors. From April 1996 to March 2003, and since April 2005 she served as senior vice president of Winthrop Financial Associates. Ms. Johnson also served as a vice president of Shelbourne I, Shelbourne II and Shelbourne III, three publicly-traded REITs. Ms. Johnson was Director of Investor Relations for National Property Investors, Inc. from 1994 until 1996. Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. from Transylvania University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

NATASHA ROBERTS

Ms. Roberts serves as one of our Executive Vice Presidents and she is the Director of Acquisitions. Previously, Ms. Roberts was a Senior Vice President of the company and the Director of Real Estate Operations. She has been with LXP since 1997. Prior to that Ms. Roberts was employed by the LCP Group. Ms. Roberts graduated from New York University in 1989.

BRENDAN MULLINIX

Mr. Mullinix serves as our Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Previously, Mr. Mullinix was a Senior Vice President of the company. He has been with LXP since 1996. Mr. Mullinix graduated from Columbia College, Columbia University in 1996.

JOSEPH BONVENTRE

Mr. Bonventre currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. Prior to 2007, Mr. Bonventre served as a Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in September 2004, Mr. Bonventre was associated with Paul, Hastings, Janofksy & Walker LLP, outside corporate counsel to the Company. Mr. Bonventre is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

NABIL ANDRAWIS

Mr. Andrawis currently serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Taxation. Prior to 2011, Mr. Andrawis served as Senior Vice President and Director of Taxation. Prior to joining the Company in December 2002, Mr. Andrawis was associated with Vornado Realty Trust and Deloitte and Touche LLP. Mr. Andrawis is the Co-Chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts State and Local Tax Subcommittee. Mr. Andrawis holds a B.B.A. from The Bernard M. Baruch College.
