E. ROBERT ROSKIND............................Age 64

Mr. Roskind became our Chairman on March 20, 2008, after serving as our Chairman from October 1993 to December 31, 2006 and our Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 to January 2003. He founded The LCP Group, L.P., a real estate advisory firm, in 1973 and has been its Chairman since 1976. Mr. Roskind also serves as Chairman of Crescent Hotels and Resorts, as a member of the Board of Directors of LCP Investment Corporation, a Japanese real estate investment trust listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and as a member of the Board of Directors of LCP Reit Advisors, the external advisor to LCP Investment Corporation, each of which is an affiliate of the LCP Group L.P.

RICHARD J. ROUSE...............................Age 63

Mr. Rouse, served, and continues to serve as our Chief Investment Officer since January 2003 and as one of our trustees since October 1993. He served as our President from October 1993 to April 1996, was our Co-Chief Executive Officer from October 1993 until January 2003. Since April 1996, Mr. Rouse has served as our Vice Chairman.

T. WILSON EGLIN..................................Age 45

Mr. Eglin has served as our Chief Executive Officer since January 2003, our Chief Operating Officer since October 1993, our President since April 1996 and as a trustee since May 1994.

PATRICK CARROLL..................................Age 45

Mr. Carroll has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 1998, our Treasurer since January 1999 and one of our Executive Vice Presidents since January 2003. Prior to joining us, Mr. Carroll was, from 1993 to 1998, a Senior Manager in the real estate practice of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., a public accounting firm that was one of the predecessors of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP.

PAUL R. WOOD...............................Age 48

Mr. Wood has served as one of our Vice Presidents, and our Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary since October 1993.

LARA S. JOHNSON..................................Age 36

Ms. Johnson joined us as part of the Newkirk merger and serves as our executive vice president of strategic transactions. Previously, Ms. Johnson was an executive vice president of Newkirk Realty Trust, and a member of its board of directors. From April 1996 to March 2003, and since April 2005 she served as senior vice president of Winthrop Financial Associates. Ms. Johnson also served as a vice president of Shelbourne I, Shelbourne II and Shelbourne III, three publicly-traded REITs. Ms. Johnson was Director of Investor Relations for National Property Investors, Inc. from 1994 until 1996. Ms. Johnson holds a B.A. from Transylvania University and an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky.

NATASHA ROBERTS............................42

Ms. Roberts serves as one of our Executive Vice Presidents and she is the Director of Real Estate Operations. Previously, Ms. Roberts was a Senior Vice President of the company and the Director of Acquisitions. She has been with LXP since 1997. Prior to that Ms. Roberts was employed by the LCP Group. Ms. Roberts graduated from New York University in 1989.

BRENDAN MULLINIX............................34

Mr. Mullinix serves as our Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Previously, Mr. Mullinix was a Senior Vice President of the company. He has been with LXP since 1996. Mr. Mullinix graduated from Columbia College, Columbia University in 1996.

JOSEPH BONVENTRE..................................33

Mr. Bonventre currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. Prior to 2007, Mr. Bonventre served as a Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to joining the Company in September 2004, Mr. Bonventre was associated with Paul, Hastings, Janofksy & Walker LLP, outside corporate counsel to the Company. Mr. Bonventre is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
